RegimenMD, Inc. offers a 60-day refund to original consumer purchasers of products purchased through the RegimenPro® online ordering platform (“Refund”) provided the ordered product is returned in pristine condition, meaning product is unopened, unused and any seals are intact . If you purchased your product through RegimenPro.com and you are dissatisfied for any reason within 60 days of the date of purchase, please contact RegimenPro®’s Customer Service at customerservice@regimenpro.com or 855-576-1800 to arrange for the product to be returned in accordance with the Return Process described below.

In order to obtain a Refund on an-eligible product, the original purchaser of the product must first contact a representative of RegimenPro®’s Customer Service at: customerservice@regimenpro.com or 855-576-1800 to explain the reason for seeking a refund/return. If the Customer Service representative verifies the product is covered by the refund/return policy described herein, the representative will issue a Return Authorization to the original purchaser.

The following information will be required from the purchaser in order to assign a Return Authorization:

Purchaser’s name

Purchaser’s phone number

Purchaser’s email address

Product name and serial number (if applicable)

Purchase date and / or verification of purchase

Reason purchaser is seeking a refund of the product

Return requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Unless otherwise noted by RegimenPro®, a Customer Service representative will send a pre-paid shipping label for purposes of returning the product.

Purchaser should take care when packaging the product for return shipping in order to avoid the potential for shipment damage. If products are damaged during the return shipment process due to insufficient packaging, it will be left to RegimenMD, Inc.’s discretion to determine whether or not the product is refundable or replaceable.

All Return Authorization packages should be affixed with the pre-paid shipping label provided by RegimenPro®. If purchaser chooses to ship the package to RegimenPro® by any means other than use of the pre-paid shipping label, purchaser shall be solely responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product. In order to qualify for reimbursement all Return Authorization packages should be shipped to the address provided by RegimenPro®.

If RegimenPro® does not receive the products within 15 days of the date on which the Return Authorization for such products was issued, the Return Authorization will be closed. RegimenPro® will not accept any packages without the inclusion of an open, valid Return Authorization form. Only the specific products listed on the Return Authorization form will be accepted. All other items will be discarded. Purchaser should expect to receive a Refund of all authorized return products within 4-6 weeks following the return of the products to RegimenPro® in accordance with this Return Process. After a Refund of the authorized returned products to purchaser RegimenPro® will close the Return Authorization.

The Refund period commences on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. A Refund can only be requested once per product and once per order. The Refund shall only apply to products purchased through RegimenPro®, and not to any products purchased through third party retailers or from your skin care professional. The Refund shall not apply to products that have been opened, used, or damaged by abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, modification, or tampering following shipment to purchaser. Items are non-refundable if undelivered, unclaimed, or returned and refused packages.

THIS RETURN POLICY AS SET FORTH HEREIN IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH REGIMENPRO®. ANY APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED. FURTHERMORE, ALL WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND SHALL NOT APPLY OR HAVE ANY EFFECT. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT REGIMENMD, INC. IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED BY LAW. IN NO EVENT SHALL REGIMENMD, INC. OR ANYONE ACTING ON ITS BEHALF, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF REGIMENMD, INC. OR ANYONE ACTIVE ON ITS BEHALF HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION IS INTENDED TO APPLY AND DOES APPLY WITHOUT REGARD TO WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE CLAIMED, ASSERTED OR BROUGHT IN AN ACTION OR CLAIM IN TORT, CONTRACT, ON THE WARRANTY, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. THE LIABILITY OF REGIMENMD, INC. AND ANYONE ACTING ON ITS BEHALF TO YOU FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED IN AGGREGATE THE NET PURCHASE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR THE COST OF REPLACING THE PRODUCT, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
