Flex will email you an itemized receipt within two hours of your purchase.

Enter HSA/FSA Card Details

Then, complete checkout. Flex will email an itemized receipt and, if applicable, a Letter of Medical Necessity. Keep these documents in case your HSA/FSA provider requests them.
