Once an order is placed, you must contact customer service to request to cancel, return, or change an item. Contact a representative of RegimenPro® Customer Service at customerservice@regimenpro.com or 855-576-1800.

To ensure their quality, our products are shipped directly from the manufacturer, and may arrive separately.

Because our products are handmade, we need about 3-4 days to pack and ship your full order. Orders placed after our afternoon cutoff will ship the next business day.

You can edit the frequency, delivery date, as well as cancel your subscription under the Manage Subscriptions tab in your account. By clicking on Your Regimen under the For You menu, you can view products in your regimen as well as previously recommended products.
