Once an order is placed, you must contact customer service to request to cancel, return, or change an item. Contact a representative of RegimenPro® Customer Service at customerservice@regimenpro.com or 855-576-1800.

Some products ship directly from the manufacturer and, based on product availability, may arrive in separate packages.

Orders received on weekdays typically ship within 24–48 hours. Orders received on weekends or holidays are usually processed the next business day.

You can edit the frequency, delivery date, as well as cancel your subscription under the Manage Subscriptions tab in your account. To join the RegimenPro® Network, you must be enrolled by one of our participating SkinCare Professionals. The products on RegimenPro® are physician dispensed because of their potency and efficacy. By enrolling with a physician you are ensuring that these are the best products for your skin.

By clicking on Your Regimen under the For You menu, you can view products in your regimen as well as previously recommended products.

We offer the following shipping options for U.S. orders:
Standard Shipping - Free on orders over $75; $7.50 flat rate on orders under $75. Delivered within 3–5 business days. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska may take up to 14 days.
2-Day Express - $15. Delivered within 2 business days on orders placed before 2PM EST, no PO Boxes.
Overnight - $30. Delivered within 1 business day on orders placed before 2PM EST, no PO Boxes. Please note, we do not ship outside of the United States.

Refused Packages: Refused shipments are subject to a $15 non-delivery fee, which will be charged to the payment method used at checkout and deducted from any refund or store credit.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of being placed. Orders received on weekends will be processed by close of business Tuesday.
Domestic Delivery: Orders shipped can be expected within 3–5 business days. Please note that standard shipping does not include weekends or holidays. Expedited shipping options are available for quicker delivery. RegimenPro is not responsible for delivery delays due to events beyond our control, including material shortages, labor strikes, transportation failures, or acts of nature.

USPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via USPS.
