RegimenMD, LLC offers a 60-day, money-back guarantee to original consumer purchasers of products purchased through the RegimenPro online ordering platform (“Warranty”). If you purchased your product through RegimenPro.com and you are dissatisfied for any reason within 60 days of the date of purchase, please contact RegimenPro’s Customer Service at customerservice@regimenpro.com or 855-576-1800 to arrange for the product to be returned in accordance with the Return Process described below.

In order to obtain a refund on a Warranty-eligible product, the original purchaser of the Product must first contact a representative of RegimenPro’s Customer Service at: customerservice@regimenpro.com or 855-576-1800 to explain the reason for seeking a refund/return. If the Customer Service representative verifies the product is covered by the Warranty described herein, the representative will issue a Return Authorization to the original purchaser.

The following information will be required from the purchaser in order to assign a Return Authorization:

1.  Purchaser’s name
2.  Purchaser’s phone number 
3. Purchaser’s email address 
4. Product name and serial number (if applicable) 
5. Purchase date and / or verification of purchase 
6. Reason purchaser is seeking a refund or replacement of the product

Return requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Unless otherwise noted by RegimenPro®, a Customer Service representative will send a pre-paid shipping label for purposes of returning the product.

Purchaser should take care when packaging the product for return shipping in order to avoid the potential for shipment damage. If products are damaged during the return shipment process due to insufficient packaging, it will be left to RegimenMD, LLC’s discretion to determine whether or not the product is refundable or replaceable.

All Return Authorization packages should be affixed with the pre-paid shipping label provided by Regimen Pro. If purchaser chooses to ship the package to Regimen Pro by any means other than use of the pre-paid shipping label, purchaser shall be solely responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product. In order to qualify for reimbursement all Return Authorization packages should be shipped to the address provided by Regimen Pro.

If Regimen Pro does not receive the products within 30 days of the date on which the Return Authorization for such products was issued, the Return Authorization will be closed. Regimen Pro will not accept any packages without the inclusion of an open, valid Return Authorization form. Only the specific products listed on the Return Authorization form will be accepted. All other items will be returned to the purchaser at the purchaser’s expense. Purchaser should expect to receive a refund or replacement, as applicable, of all authorized return products within 4-6 weeks following the return of the products to Regimen Pro in accordance with this Return Process. After refund or replacement of the authorized returned products to purchaser, as applicable, Regimen Pro will close the Return Authorization.

The Warranty period commences on the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser. This Warranty can only be used once per product and once per order. This Warranty shall only apply to products purchased through RegimenPro, and not to any products purchased through third party retailers or dispensing physicians. This Warranty shall not apply to products that have been damaged by abuse, misuse, negligence, accident, modification, or tampering following shipment to purchaser. Items are non-refundable if undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages.

RETURN OR REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED WITHIN THE LAST 60 DAYS THROUGH REGIMENPRO. ANY APPLICABLE IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY LIMITED TO 60 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE AND ARE SUBJECT TO THE EXPRESS CONDITIONS AND LIMITED REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED AND SHALL NOT APPLY OR HAVE ANY AFFECT. EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT REGIMENMD, LLC IS EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL REGIMENMD, LLC OR ANYONE ACTING ON ITS BEHALF, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT, EVEN IF REGIMENMD, LLC OR ANYONE ACTIVE ON ITS BEHALF HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION IS INTENDED TO APPLY AND DOES APPLY WITHOUT REGARD TO WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES ARE CLAIMED, ASSERTED OR BROUGHT IN AN ACTION OR CLAIM IN TORT, CONTRACT, ON THE WARRANTY, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. THE LIABILITY OF REGIMENMD, LLC AND ANYONE ACTING ON ITS BEHALF TO YOU FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED IN AGGREGATE THE NET PURCHASE PRICE YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR THE COST OF REPLACING THE PRODUCT, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
