Lotion - Apply once daily onto the scalp (approximately 14 sprays) and massage gently, preferably at night time, 5 to 7 days per week.Shampoo - Apply on damp hair during your daily shower and gently massage hair and scalp until foamy. Rinse with water and repeat with a deep massage, leaving foam to act for a few minutes. Rinse with plenty of water.Capsules - Take 2 capsules daily with breakfast for a minimum of 3 months.
